With the servo amplifier 36.05 series the success of the analog SIEB & MEYER servo technology is carried forward into a modern controller design. Since the digital servo amplifier offers optional components versions for different sensor systems, it can be used to drive nearly all common synchronous servo motors.
The software access to all internal control circuits and parameter enable the universal and optimized use in challenging applications. A highlight is the possibility to parameterize multi-step fastening processes. Together with the transducer input torque controlled fastening applications can be implemented without higher-ranking control. In addition to digital I/Os and analog interfaces, also a serial interface is provided to control the drive and set references values.
Optionally CAN-bus modules are available. For customized access the dual-ported-RAM interface can be used.
The compact design of the 36.05 together with the front connections enables in an easy and space saving integration in a modern switch cabinet. Embedded EMC-filters and ballast circuits minimize the wiring.
The amplifier are available for mains voltages 230 VAC and 400 VAC. Peak currents up to 100 A meet the requirements of dynamic applications such as nut setting, press and pick-and-place applications.
